Skiply is a new venture for Rakbank in the United Arab Emirates, aimed at creating scalable ways to make mobile order- and payment on the go smoother, and faster wherever people have to wait to order or pay  -  from private schools to sports and cultural events, merchandising, restaurants, events,  theme parks and more.
In this collaboration I led a team of designers to work with the business and CX leadership of the bank, technology front end and back end tech teams to set a long term product strategy, create a brand, design, implement and launch an MVP product in just a  few months start to finish.
To work fast with a fluid target, we worked both on site and distributed with physical and digital workshops, and lots of prototyping both in concept development and in each implementation sprint, in total creating 10+ prototypes ranging from lo-fildelity to motion. The MVP focused on private schools was launched in late summer of 2019 with a product development pipeline. A secondary target of the project was to  build and grow thee bank’s design culture and start putting agile ways of working, prototyping, user testing and iteration methods into place.

Collaborating both on site and remotely.
